Permanent Staffing
The different products in Permanent Staffing and their Payment Terms are detailed below:-
1. Engineering off-campus Recruitment:
These are basically non- advertised jobs, where selections are made from the scrutinized database.
Payment Terms:-
We charge nominal fee from the companies which is a standard rate and can be negotiated under any circumstances.
2. Engineering on-campus recruitment:
These are the vacancies for which the company visits a specified college, conduct interview tests and recruit suitable candidates.
Payment Terms:-
We do not charge anything from the company as we charge consulting fees to the respective colleges.
Note: The travel, lodging and boarding expenses will be borne by the respective colleges hosting the campus drives. We do not charge anything from the students.
3. Non Engineering off campus recruitment:

We charge nominal fee of 8 -14% from the companies which is a standard rate and can be negotiated under any circumstances.
4. Non- Engineering on-campus recruitment:
These are the vacancies for which the company visits a specified college, conduct interview tests and recruit suitable candidates.

We do not charge anything from the company as we charge consulting fees to the respective colleges.
